7. Do Some Scouting
Even though rooms in an all-inclusive resort may be all “the same,” they’re definitely not. If you can get access to resort maps and floor plans ahead of time, do it! Rooms near the kiddie pool or bar are things you may want to avoid, whereas corner rooms and those by the beach are things you’d like to get as close to as possible. You can often request specific rooms with specific benefits at the very same price as a random assignment.
