What’s the Long-Term Traveler’s Day-to-Day Like?
5. You Have Inspiring Days
When you have the chance to spend a night with the Berber tribes in Morocco, learn about the snake leather trade in Vietnam or even attempt to cook a traditional Indonesian dish, you know exactly why you chose this life.
Of course, it’s not all butterflies and unicorns, but being able to decide what your day is going to be like beats the nine-to-five, in my humble opinion. It is true and it does happen, but once these people go back home to recharge, it doesn’t take long until they have a boss breathing down their neck, telling them what do. But then, I think you know the outcome…
They start another journey!
