Pavlova
Pavlova is a dreamy confection made of whipped egg whites, which are then baked, and topped with fruit and whipped cream. It was named in honor of Anna Pavlova, the famous Russian ballerina, on one of her first tours to Australia and New Zealand. Both countries lay claim to being the inventors of the sweet treat.
