Krav Maga – Israel
Considered one of the most aggressive martial arts in the world, Krav Maga was created by Imre Lichtenfeld, a Hungarian who decided to fight against anti-Semitic criminals in the street of Bratislava (which was part of Czechoslovakia in the mid ‘30s).
Krav Maga consists of a combination of boxing, wrestling, karate, judo, and aikido. It’s considered to be one of the earliest forms of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). But the focus is on real-life situations, so there are plenty of elements of street-fighting techniques.
