Tapioca
Even thinking about Tapioca makes me salivate! It’s a starch extracted from the cassava that becomes a fine-grained powder. It comes from the Northeast and North of Brazil, but nowadays you can find it anywhere.
It is served pretty much like a crepe, so there is a selection of savory options (ham and cheese, pizza flavor, jerked beef, and so on) or sweet ones (Nutella or coconut shavings with condensed milk).
