Foz do Iguacu
The town of Foz do Iguacu is famous for one attraction, a true world wonder: the Iguacu Falls. An exhilarating set of some of the most powerful waterfalls in the world, the Iguacu Falls sit on the border of Brazil and Argentina. Whether you walk the trails to the falls to view them by foot, or take a boat on the river right up to the falls, the experience is not one that you will ever forget. Surrounding the falls is gorgeous original rainforest, filled with local wildlife.
While the town of Foz do Iguacu is fairly big and safe, it’s quite boring. The main event is definitely the waterfalls.
