Try a new fitness routine
Summer is a great time to try and change up your routines, especially when it comes to our workout regime. If you’re used to exercising at the local gym or in your living room, take this opportunity to try some new exercises outside. Go for a run through a local park or find an outdoor yoga or tai chi class. The fresh air will be a huge boost after the stale, sweaty air of a gym, and you may find a way to fit these new activities into your workout regimen long-term.
