We love roasting marshmallows and cooking wieners over an open flame as much as the next camper, but when we’re glamping we like to elevate the menu with some slightly fancier fare. Snacks like a charcuterie spread of crackers, artisanal meats, and cheeses, or a vegetable tray travel well and can be made ahead of time. When it comes to mains, with a little creativity and a lot of tin foil you can cook just about anything over a grill from campfire nachos to roasted vegetables packets to campfire pizzas.
