15 Ways to Deal with Travel Burnout
| January 15, 2018
10. Travel Slowly
One of the easiest ways to get tired, stressed, and possibly ruin your trip is to do too much too fast. If you have 10 days in South America, it’s probably not a good idea to visit the Atacama Desert, Machu Picchu, and Salar de Uyuni. Some people do it, but it’s not recommended.
These people don’t fully experience the culture of each country and actually spend most of their time moving from one place to another, and checking in and out of hotels. Ideally, you should pick one country and one city to explore and make the most of it.
